Israel Sanchez is a father, writer and storyteller. He’s the creator of Kansas Young and the Substack, Constantly Curious. He’s in charge of Latino outreach at a local non-profit and is the co-creator of Latinidad.us.
Huascar Medina
Father | Poet | Editor
Huascar Medina, Kansas poet laureate emeritus and Academy of American Poets Laureate Fellow, is a father, poet, editor, and arts administrator. He is an editor at seveneightfive magazine, Southbroadway Press, and an op-ed writer for Kansas Reflector. Medina is a co-creator of latinidad.us, founder of wordssavelives.org, and a National Council on the Arts member.
